Esta oficina visa partilhar a linguagem e o processo de criação dos espetáculos da Cia. Dani Lima por meio de jogos e improvisações. O enfoque principal é a busca de um corpo próximo construído a partir da relação com os outros e o meio. Serão trabalhadas noções de postura, equilíbrio, respiração, memória e auto-reconhecimento, entre outras, estimulando a percepção do espaço, a autonomia e a prática coletiva.

This workshop is intended to share the language and the creative process of the shows of Cia. Dani Lima through games and improvisation. The main focus is the search for a body constituted through interaction with others and with the environment. The meeting will approach notions of posture, balance, breathing, memory and self-knowledge, among others, stimulating autonomy, collective practice and the perception of space.
